Refund and Returns Policy

At SM SPORTS, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. However, there may be instances where you need to return, replace, or refund a product. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before proceeding.

1. Return & Exchange Guidelines

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Sale items, promotional offers, and clearance products are non-returnable

When requesting a return, please provide:
✔ Order number
✔ Product details
✔ Reason for return
✔ Unboxing video (mandatory)

Notes:

All returns undergo inspection before processing refunds or exchanges.

Separate orders must be returned individually to avoid processing delays.

3. Refund & Exchange Details
✅ Eligible for Refund/Exchange
Defective or damaged products (must be reported within 24 hours).

Incorrect product received (request replacement/refund within 2 days).

❌ Non-Returnable Items
One-Day Delivery products are not eligible for return or refund.

Used badminton, tennis, and table tennis rackets or Any Others Products cannot be returned.

Customized racquets (with specific stringing) will Not Replacement 

4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction Fees:

All refunds and order cancellations are subject to a 2.5% payment processing fee (as charged by the payment gateway).

If you wish to provide a full refund  its not Possible

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size issues or defective items.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

For size-related exchanges (apparel/footwear), the customer must bear return shipping costs of ₹300.

6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to personal preference, the customer bears return shipping costs.

If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong product, SM SPORTS covers the shipping cost.

For large or heavy items, additional return shipping charges may apply (₹500 for bulk items).

7. Order Cancellation Policy
If the order is not shipped, cancellation is allowed (a 2.5% payment processing fee will be deducted).

If the order is shipped, the customer must bear two-way shipping costs.

For customized racquets, Cannot be Cancelled

SM SPORTS is only responsible for orders placed on our official website.

We are not liable for damages or delays caused by third-party courier services.
